For a rapidly growing computer Brand, we are looking for someone who speaks either Swedish or Finnish on a professional level. As a Customer service agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints, both by mail and by phone. Due to an increase in international customers, we are looking for a linguist who speaks Swedish or Finnish.
Fluent speaking of one of these languages is a must! Other languages such as English and Dutch are a bonus.
Who are you?
You master the Swedish or Finnish language well in both spoken and written;
Basic English skills;
You live in the Netherlands or will be settling in the Netherlands;
You are customer focused, communicative and independent;
You have knowledge of MS Office;
You have no issues working evenings and/or weekends (till 9:00 p.m)
You have some experience with writing business emails.
