Customer Service Representative – Amsterdam (40 uur)

For a large company we are looking for customer service employees who are customer oriented and like to do a lot of work. As a customer service employee you are responsible for accepting and, if possible, solving customer questions and complaints, either by email or by telephone.

The company is engaged in selling their own brand clothing online and other clothing brands. Due to an increase in demand, we immediately seek German-speaking employees who can get started immediately and grow within the company.

Who are you?

  • You master the German language in both word and writing;
  • You have good knowledge of the English language (training is in English!);
  • You are customer oriented, communicative skillful and independent;
  • You are familiar with MS Office;
  • Work experience in customer service is a pre;
  • You have a lot of experience writing customizable emails.
